Arnel joined TOTO in Manilla to close out their concert and sing Africa. This took place on May 4th at the same venue (mall of Asia) where Journey's 2009 Live in Manilla dvd was filmed.

Nothing particularly wrong for a spontaneous appearance. But, while you can hear him, it’s difficult to recognize his voice.
