Not good. Is he still smoking? A lot of people that did drugs end up with heart problems. And also can't stop smoking.

Ultimate Classic Rock has some quotes from the show -

https://ultimateclassicrock.com/journey ... emergency/

Cain - "We're gong to see what happens as this progresses." “It's an unfortunate situation. We're very sorry. We're hoping it's only a delay, but please — I'm sorry. Don't worry. Have your prayers ready. Have your prayers ready for Deen Castronovo, everybody. Thank you.”

Schon - "He's heading to the hospital. We're going to continue the concert, and Deen's tech, his drum tech, is going to sit in with us tonight." "Please give a big hand for Steve Toomey. We'll be back in about 15 minutes. We love you all, we're really sorry about the inconvenience."

Arnel - "We ask for your prayers for other brother Deen Castronovo. He's gonna be fine. Too much Gatorade."

Schon - "This concert's for Deen tonight. I'd love you all to pray for him. Everybody's been going through a lot. I think he's going to be fine."

Deen is sober . As is Glenn Hughes. Key word - DID not doing . The previous years cause heart damage , which Glenn has been dealing with the past few years, even though he got sober in 1992 and relapsed in 1997 briefly. And years of smoking is never good, which somehow John Mellencamp keeps smoking , despite heart attacks and being in his 70's. I saw Lukather smoking in his 60s right in front of us at the potato four years ago, and I hope he's stopped. I hope Deen is ok.

Someone posted a comment on FB that supposedly knows him. He said Deen had pneumonia.
