i'm having trouble accessing the ticketba$tard$ website to buy rush tickets for my son and i. every time i attempt to navigate through their website, i get blocked with a message saying that my access has been limited to restrict automated ticket purchasing means (i.e.: scalpers). does anyone know what to do about this? i tried calling them, and their response was, basically, "tough luck." any help you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated.
thanks!

Just got my tickets in the Pre Sale. Going to Newcastle Arena on October 5th. £45 plus £6 booking fee with the postage. It's getting expensive going to see live gigs now. Totally begrudge paying that extra £6, just think of all the interest accumulating from now until October 5th.
Over the moon to be seeing The band in my hometown. But why so expensive? Any ideas anybody?

There was but it appears to be closed now. Check with Ticketmaster; our shows in
Texas go on sale Saturday and it may the same for others.
Here was the link, just for information's sake...

I could've sworn it said April 10 on Rush's site. I hope it hasn't changed. I won't be able to buy the tix this Saturday in the morning unless I can call from work somehow!

Am I right that presale is only for a certain section of good seats, but not necessarily the best? I missed the presale and am just wondering what kind of seats I could get for the regular onsale (for Atlanta).?
For one show I was buying tix for, someone at a ticket booth once told me that I could get better seats if I waited until regular onsale instead of buying the presale tix.
