Just heard the news about 2 mins. ago. I swear as God is my witness, tears actually welled up in my eyes for just a sec. Outstanding decision by the nimrods at the H of F. Congrats to Ann and Nancy & the gang from Heart as well!

One of the FIRST hard rock bands I fell in love with in my teens. They only have one of the most recognizable and loved riffs in the history of rock in Smoke on The Water and a long career with many great albums and concert tours. Cripes, what do you have to do to get it, blow somebody on the board of directors?

Oh my, wrong on so many levels! :twisted:

I'm of two minds about this. I love The Boys and want them to get every bit of recognition and respect that they deserve, but yet it's too little to late for me also.

I was really hoping that DP would also make it this year too. Travesty, it is.
