I have a hard time imagining Perry doing the mentor thing as those are usually done by artist with multiple hits, which Perry doesn't have solo, and I can't see him doing Journey stuff without Journey. BUT, what I can imagine is him appearing at the big AI finale, much like the huge extravaganza at the end of last season. That way he only has to perform one song (from his NEW CD) and you can't buy better promotion than the finale of AI. Great bang for the buck if you ask me. Only problem is the AI finale doesn't occur until some time in June.

I here you. I do remember Don't Fight It getting a lot of radio play and even a Grammy nomination. I even bought the 45 for it. They played it at their Japanese concerts but dropped it for the state side shows.
