How much does she still rock? Killer female vocalist. Saw her live in 1994 opening for Steve Perry and she rocked then and still does now, obviously.

When I saw her, Taylor Hawkins was playing drums. For me and what I like, I'd have rather have the Sass gig than the Alanis gig he had after that and much more than the Foo Fighters now.

She's still slammin.

Really? Wow. Hard to imagine someone not liking that if they like rock/pop/blues. Just curious, what is it that you don't like about Sass? Her huge, bluesy voice, her beautiful looks..... Or is it just a musical style that you don't care for?

Just asking.

Sorry, Splashy. I would say her musical style on that song, especially, left me bored.

Bored? OK, I don't get that, but you obviously know what you like. I think that song's exciting as hell and that she tears it up, vocally.

It's weird, because people compare Sass to Janis Joplin and I like Sass and don't like Joplin much at all.
Sass's voice is much bigger and fuller that Joplin and Sass is a million times better looking than Janis(yucck!).

Hmm... Music is wild stuff. No accounting for anyone's taste, that's for sure.

Her voice was boring to me as was the song. Vocally I thought her voice was really not that great and I just could not see myself sitting and listening to a whole cd let alone a whole song set before a concert. I kept wishing she would clear her throat or something. LOL The scratchy like voice she had to me sounded like she was trying to be Janis Joplin or Melissa Etheridge. What is it with people trying to sound like other artists when they sing? Beautiful looks....ummm she had looks. LOL
