Kind of amazing how SP & NS really played off each other..They really were an
extension of each other's instrument. Taking nothing away from
past members, they all contributed to the "Journey" sound...
over the years...but Steve & Neal together ...amazing..

Bingo, that is the core of Journey for me. You can interchange any other members as far as I'm concerned, but for me the magic comes from Schon/Perry together. Would LOVE to see Perry and Schon maybe get together after the Journey train has run it's course and just kick back and write a few new songs and maybe play a few small accoustic shows.
