The way I look at this is...it's been at least 5-7 years since this studio was first talked about then at least 3 to 4 years before it was talked about at MR. I would guess that if he has not built the studio by now he's not going to build it. I would also suspect he built it a few years ago and it's just taken some time before the story made it's way outside his tight circle of friends and family to the rest of us. But who knows, it's a good topic to speculate about with hopes that he's going to sing again but never really ever having anything substantive to talk about. Maybe Lora or FA would give us something to nibble on about this topic.

I remember a thread where someone reported of Perry singing at a friends wedding... he sang on David Packs album (albeit just BV's on one song)... Randy Jackson has said he';s heard Perry singing and he's fine...


So just because "we" haven't heard it doesn't mean he's "not" singing..
