Over the weekend Robert Herrera caught up with a brand new Pop/Rock band called Flights Over Phoenix who performed at the Inaugural Sunset Strip Half Marathon in West Hollywood. After completing the half marathon Robert sat down with the band for an impromptu interview to get a proper introduction of their music and upcoming plans. Keith, Chris, and Mark talked about their debut single “Runaway California,” upcoming debut EP, and talked about their in-studio encounter with Steve Perry of Journey. Thanks, Tater. 3rd song is called Perry (don't you go) ...wish we could get more info about it. Is it a song about SP? or gimmick to get the loons to buy their record... hmmm. Heard a sample on Amazon ... easy listening stuff.
