I know, but I also want you to give me keyboard lessons. Since the Christmas present Annie and I are now in fierce competition. She is doing everything by the book whereas I am learning parrot fashion. You know how there is tab for guitar, is there an equivalent for keyboard?

I don't believe so. It wouldn't help me anyway though, as I play entirely by ear. I can't read any music! :?

For real man? That's crazy. I don't meet too many keys players who can't sight read, especially someone who plays lots of piano-centric stuff like you do.

I can read the music, but not for anything worthwhile... guitar is inherently a tough sightreading instrument and I just stopped trying after I took like 6 months of lessons as a little kid. Then, later when I came back to guitar in my teens, my ear developed pretty quickly. I wish I read more music.

One of my neighbor's first name is Steve. And my other neighbor's last name is Perry. So in a roundabout way I know Steve Perry.

I was once in the same room with Steve Perry. It was dimly lit, there was music. He sang to me. It was beautiful. (sigh)
Man that Raised On Radio concert rocked.

I feel silly today and I need it. I just found out that my Dad is going to be just fine after recovering from cancer. His last (and final one I think) chemo treatment was a double dose and it just about killed him. It knocked his white blood cells way down. He gets out of the hospital today though after a boost of fluids and two pints of blood.

Hope you all have a great day! :)
