If you have a reel-to-reel player (a rare find nowadays) you can hook the player straight to the soundcard and audio capture using programs like Roxio. You can also clean up the capture some, split and name tracks, etc.

Problem with that jrnyman is I don't have the reel to reel, Bill has them. And I won't be able to get up there until November, going to spend a week in Cambria.

Steve at Disneyland. Fun. :)

(This picture was published in a German magazine among many other pics of celebrities spotted at Disneyland, but the caption was wrong.
It said "Steve Perry with his wife and son at Disneyland". The woman is his daughter.)

If that's the same ride I think it is, then I gotta tell you from my own experience that it SUCKS to not have a poncho! Water pours on people from EVERYwhere!
If you don't wear that condom  it's like you take a shower with all your clothes on then step out of the bathroom and go out like that. Eeek!

I always found it nice, after a day in the HOT sun of riding rides, to go to the one ride where you can get all cooled off. Apart from the Coasters, the water ride is my favorite! WHOOO HOOO!

Yeah we have that ride here. It's cool!
You can stand on the side at one place and shoot water jets at the people on the ride!

Ponchos are for pusses. Get in there and get soaked, baby!

Believe me Steve had the right idea. PONCHO is a good thing on that ride especially if it starts getting cold and the wind is blowing. Yes I got wet and I got cold. Didn't wear a PONCHO!

Why is it that there isnt one piece of this groups audio ANYWHERE. Didnt they record a few things ? I would love to hear Steve at this age or hear his drumming.

Well Liquid, I heard from Bill Bilhou and this is what he messaged to me. if you can figure a way to have these done so we can hear them, let me know. I am messaging him back and asking him if it is possible that they can be fixed, I will let you know what else he says, thanks:

From Bill:

"I have some lathe cut demo discs from the '60s but they're pretty scratched. It wasn't easy to record back in those days. Almost had to be a studio recording. Nothing but poor quality reel to reel tape machines, for the most part. There wasn't even stereo for awhile, back then."

I have access to a near mint condition 70's home reel to reel machine..

Yes but where are you at? And Bill and the guys also had an album distributed in their area at the time, if we could only find someone that has one. The Sullies only put one out there and after that, they split up.

They want to hear the Sullies and inquired about it. Nothing over-the-top about that. I'd like to hear it myself. :)

Don't even attempt to throw me into that category.

I'm a fan of the music, and I was posting on that thread because I was making fun and joking around - which is 90% of what I do here - joke around, the same way T-bone was poking fun by posting that topic in the first place.

I am nowhere near what some people are, googling his name every day just to find any mention of his name. There is being a fan of the music and the talent, and then there is a scary level of obsessive, such as creating a twitter account and instead of using your own name, using his, and emailing anyone he might have ever met asking questions about him.
