it would be great to have some music from steve perry, truly wonderful. and a perry forum is a good idea, better than last time i think. i'd hate to see even more people despise perry because of the overzealous, no offense intended here just got to point out that the annoyance factor is growing exponentially.

It would make my friggin day if Perry sorted out his vocal issues and was able to fucking BRING IT, from a vocal standpoint. It's a pipe dream on a number of levels, but if Perry's voice is on, it'll make quite a few people scratch their heads when they compare him to the current Journey singer....

I am sorry for my early exuberance at 2:00am this morning. But as far as going overboard........I think those of us who have hoped he will some day sing again this will be Christmas no matter what time of the year. I think it is fine to be excited that we will get to hear him again.

But I know when Perry releases the new album...........most everyone here will want to hear it. I am not ashamed to say I miss his voice, and I am so looking forward to any release. Maybe that isn't the cool thing to say.........but I have never cared to worry about what people think. I am going to rejoice at the release........it has been a long time. I think even Andrew is happily anticipating the day.
