I don' t know where that individual gets the energy, Since 78, I really don't.
They speak of nothing, I mean nothing but perry as tragic a victim and Journey and its post perry fans poorly.

I don't see much bashing in this thread either ...just a couple of smartass remarks and opinions!!
Some people don't like FTLOSM and they have a right to their opinion.

I don't like Revelation for the most part!! A couple of songs are ok and my dislike of Revelation has nothing to do w/AP. It's just something
I listened to a couple of times and it did not hold my attention. There was nothing special about it to me at all. :wink:

What I'm saying is that individual has seemingly NO other purpose here where most of us discuss a variety of different topics and bands, that poster's laser-like focus is on painting the band's 3rd lead singer as the victim and Schon/Cain and their fans as the baddies. Extremely troll-like.

How am I a basher b/c I, along with even SOME Loons, have remarked we're not crazy about FTLOSM? I've always said there's quite a few songs I do like on it, though, and own it. I guess we should be on here like Stepford Wives saying every song and every album was perfect on the Perry forum. :wink:

Everyone's allowed to have their own opinion regarding his work. And ok, some people do make some smart-ass comments, but hey. It's a forum; they're not doing it in complete seriousness most of the time, and it shouldn't be taken in complete seriousness either.

...Jeez, sometimes I feel so out of place posting here. I'm a fan of the guy's work and think that he used to be somewhat attractive in his heyday, but that's about it. I definitely put the music way above any sort of appearance, and definitely don't think the dude does no wrong. He's fucked up plenty. :lol:

Not to say that nobody in this particular forum acknowledges that or anything. It's just that the ones that don't really acknowledge that don't really seem to get it otherwise, and misconstrue constructive criticism/opinions/jokingly smart-ass comments as flaming/bashing. Indeed!!!! Think about it - It's doubtful than any of us know what Steve Perry or the others did and don't think it's any of our business anyway, and you need not acknowledge what's not your business.
