Yeah, and I just talked to the agent that worked the trip. She got her picture taken with him, and said he was super nice and told me that she's a huge SP fan. I didn't ask where he was going, as she's not supposed to divulge info like that. But I did get a funny story out of it. Any time a flight leaves late, it's someone's ass at AA, so everyone is kinda running scared. Well the agent said the rule is, you can't close the aircraft door without acknowledgment from the #1 Flight Attendant, who's attention she couldn't get, and there's like 3 minutes on the departure clock. This was after the agent had her picture taken with SP and upgraded is friend, whoever it was he was flying with. So SP sees that she's getting frustrated with the Flight Attendant, and he gets up and comes over to her and asks if he could get her something to drink, like a flight attendant would. And she explained to him what the deal was, so he went and got her attention and she acknowledged the agent and then she was able to close the door. So he saved my friend from getting a delay, in other words.

If I had to venture a guess, I would say, since it was a holiday weekend, he may have been returning from seeing his daughter in whichever Carolina she's reported to live in. OR he could just be touring the country, scouting out venues for his next tour. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Looking at where Steve lives, if he's not on the beach, I'll say he's at the track. There have been photos of him with people in the racing business so it seems to be something that he has an interest in.

In Southern California, his popularity is very strong. As '78 and I were saying yesterday, So-Cal is definitely Perry country.
