I hope you can get an interview, Andrew. I hope Steve can just lay it all out there and be honest..."the truth shall set you free" donchya know. :) What's the harm in him just saying what happened to his voice, about singing again? It's not the end of the world (although, with what's been happening with Mother Nature lately makes ya wonder...So, see we ARE running out of time - hurry up! ) What about those 50 songs?

Someone should ask the bullorns why they were lied to for over a decade. Dude can't tour, never could post '94 and never will. Working for a liar has to be really disappointing. Nostrildamus, you're a pussy. Your voice sounds hoarse, too.

What good would an interview do, Andrew? What could he say to anything that you might ask him, that has not already been said. How many times and in how many ways can he state that his Journey was magic and he is not interested in what it is now. His answers are so overly picked apart and made fun of that he would have to watch every word he said because some people can't let a three letter word go by without giving it a half dozen meanings, other than for what it was intended.

I think it would be more interesting for Perry to interview you, Andrew.

I was at a restaurant today and just happened to glance over at the t.v. screen where CNN was playing (no volume)...when I saw the name Steve Perry flash on the screen! I said to my husband, "did you see that or am I seeing things?"...had to look it up online when I got home...rats, turns out it is a the CNN education contributor with the same name. I was almost hoping again for a minute.

You ask him anything that isn't a freaking powder puff question like "Whats your favorite color" or "How many times did you pet your pussy today". The interview MUST come with the condition that he will answer ANYTHING that Drew asks him or he will simply be wasting his time.

I would like to think he'd consider an interview if Andrew presented all of the questions he wanted to ask ahead of time. It's not uncommon for a request to be made and questions submitted to the interviewee so he can decide which ones he'd answer and which ones he won't. I think we all at one time or another had to step outside of our own skin and feel the discomfort of life of all or most of those things we are afraid of facing. Those fans who have cared about him all of these years will not turn their backs to him; he might even increase his fan base. Hiding behind the truth is a hard thing to do. If not Andrew, then who? A fan?

Ha! Like anyone is going to promise to answer ANY question asked. Would you? His fans ask those simple questions about his favorite whatevers. Why should he agree to be interviewed by anyone who insists he give them answers to whatever they ask?

A interview would give give final closure to the tens of fans he's been tricking and lying to for the past ten years. Just imagine the cataclysm of cookie jars and Oreo packages opening when you read: "I'm not releasing shit. Leave me the fuck alone"

Who in hell says HE wants closure? Hell, truth be known, his fame has probably been inhanced by his retience and resistence to closure.

There's always a price for what you want.
Steve Perry

This is supposed to be his quote. Maybe he feels that the price is too high and that since he already reached the very top, the only place to go is down.

Why would we want him to state that he will never give us more music and that he is finished? Then what? No hope, no dreams. Accomplish what he did in the past and see who has the balls. I'll go with his probably thinking that more is less.
PEACE!
