I find it ironic that she didn't like others to take her photos when she was accused of doing that same thing.

As for money, maybe she did and maybe she didn't...don't know...she could have trusted someone else to send it in and they didn't.

And once when this was brought up, because she had about 3 different "causes" or angles going on at once, she went nuts. We were told that she was a "christian" woman and that she only trusted herself with the money.

This whole thread has been very interesting to read. An eyeopener to say the least. Like I've posted before I've had my problems with K and in the end I didn't trust her at all. Toward the end I didn't post much and the fun had gone out the the forum for me. Guess I had move on before she did. Wheneven K would say she was a Christian. I really didn't thing so. Personally, I think is a big old act. Do I think PV will come back. No I don't. If it should, it will be without me. I've move on. The friends that I've made I keep in touch with. That's all that matters. K has no place in my future. Thanks to all the past members of PV for the insights into how it was when you were there. I've enjoyed this thread. And for the most part it was kept on topic. Now Andrew should be proud of that. He didn't have to delete or lock the thing.

Well as usual, I'm late getting to the party...lol First off I have to say that I was at the star meeting with Deb and all the other Perryville girls. And it was an amazing experience. And I will be forever grateful for the opportunity. I was not aware of all the drama going on on the board. I don't have alot of time on the web, so I hit the highlights and get off. So I'm usually in the dark. (probably the best place to be). I was a member of Perryville for probably about 5 years and I still managed to keep away from the drama. I have 4 kids, I have enough drama in my life. lol It took me 2 separate days to read this thread.

I agree with Deb 100% in what she said about P-ville and Kathy. But as I said, at the time I was unaware of what was going on. I think that Lora and Cyndi were treated horribly by Kathy after the meeting. Some things were said on the site that shouldn't have been said, and I didn't want to be associated with that. And I didn't want Lora and Cyndi to think that I was in agreement with what was said. Thats when I basically quit going. I also thought that the way that Deb, Ms Burbank and Cindi were treated by Kathy after the meeting was terrible. If it wasn't for Cindi and Ms Burbank, I'd still be at the LA airport trying to find my way around. The deserve a big thank you from me and the other girls that had to be picked up.

Lora and Cyndi, you ladies were amazing, and it was a treat to meet you. I will be forever grateful to you both for a trip that I will never forget. I still get the pix out and look at them every once in a while.

As for meeting Steve. I always thought that I would do something stupid like inhale really quickly and choke on my own spit or something just as embarrassing, but I didn't. Like Deb, I just kept thinking Holy shit, its really him. And music videos kept running through my head. I know that sounds crazy, but thats just me. I remember when we had our individual pic taken, I was standing up there and I had been taking pix before and I had it on telephoto and Gary couldn't figure out how to get it to the regular setting. The whole time Steve and I are standing up there with his arm around my waist and mine around his and our heads touching together. So Gary asked me how to get it off of telephoto and I told him "its the little button on the top, but take your time" and Steve busted out laughing. I'm grinning like an idiot typing and reliving the moment.

As for the MAWF money, I hope that she did send it to them, but to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't. I think that is cold and just mean. Those donations were made in good faith by the board members to go to help sick kids realize their dreams, or just have some fun. I know that she made a copy of the official check and posted it on the site, but I work in a bank and, if she has a good acct with the bank, could have just wrote on the back "no used for intended purpose" and redeposited it into her checking acct or cashed it or whatever.

As for Chrissy.... It was a sad situation. We were all upset, Kathy included. I shared a room and a bed with Chrissy the whole time I was there. We got to know each other pretty well. We talked about our hubby's and kids and everything in between. She was a very nice, sweet, genuine person and I still think about her.

I know there was other things that I wanted to touch on, but I can't think of 1 right now. I think I hit the important topics that I wanted to. Like Deb, and her included, among many others, I met some wonderful people through the Perryville site and I wouldn't trade that for anything.

Deb, Cateyes and Tarseea probably know alot more to, but that is their prerogative whether they wish to speak on it or not. I am in no way speaking for any of them.

A vulture, yes she is one of the worst kinds. There were individuals on that site that that lived at or below the poverty line and she preyed on them viciously. She used the "position" that Lora and Cyndi have to do alot of her preying. She did things in LA that were deliberate and came home and proceeded to make more money off him. At no time did Lora, Cyndi or Steve himself authorize any of this. What happened with Lora was a set up, she deliberately banned her for a reason that wasn't legitimate. She needed Lora out so she could do more.

There is a large difference between MR and PV. Here things are offered to you, if you want them you buy them. If you feel like donating, then you donate. No pressure. Everything the owner puts up is legal.

The topic STEVE SHIRTS-PLZ READ that Steve_Perrys_Woman refers to was deleted. I had sent Kathy an email on July 10 asking if she had ordered the shirts. I waited a week and no response. I then posted a question on that thread asking if anyone knew the status of the shirts. I also mentioned that I had emailed Kathy but got no response. The next day I logged in and the thread had been removed.

I had read Geneie’s post where Kathy wrote that the shirts had been ordered and were due on June 29. When I had asked about them in mid-July, Kathy should have already sent them in the mail to us.

When the shirts were sold, Kathy never mentioned that the money was going to the Make-a-Wish Foundation. It wasn’t until after she began to feel the pressure of not having produced the shirts that she said the money was going to charity. When she says that the money is going to charity, she makes it seem as though we shouldn’t complain about not getting the shirts because the money is going to charity. She hid behind the Make-a-Wish Foundation to justify the theft of the money.

Kathy deleted all of the forums on Perryville except the welcome forum. She also kept the list of members. It appears as though she is holding on to the member list so that she can reopen the forum in the future.

What a read. I'm so glad I wasn't part of it. That Kathy seemed to know exactly what she was doing getting all of those people to send in the money. I'm guessing that's why she never produced an invoice or anything like that with proof. That's because there was no order or invoice. What a sleaze bag, she deserves whatever she gets.

When a fall out like this happens it causes the members to be very leary about ever joining another Perry site or even supporting Perry (and some do stop supporting Steve and don't join Perry or Journey sites) and it forces those members who won't be destroyed to start their own message boards as a way of not only keeping in touch with friends they made but to keep their respect and love for Steve alive that they start boards making them very private. Just because one apple was rotten doesn't mean the whole bushel is.

Kathy was so angry with the above post that she threatened to have Mozzie banned from the internet. What an ego!
