I'll definitely be getting up that album when it comes out!

I think people are so ready to hear Perry that we'll have a few false starts. I only heard Jeff on that first one so I got confused why everyone was talking about Perry on the first page.

I loved what I heard so far. But just one song is not enough for me to by the whole CD. Until I hear some more songs it will stay on the shelf. I need to like more then just one song before I by a CD. Once a singer has a track record with me, by that I mean, I like every song he puts out, like with Steve, then I'll buy everything he puts out without listening to. But JSS hasn't gotten to that point with me. Maybe at some point he will but he hasn't gotten to that point yet.

This is an impressive clip and it certainly is JSS at his Perry-most! It definately illustrates what Journey could have been with JSS on vocals. How anyone can say he didn't have the legacy sound must have been thinking of the wrong era of Journey!

Well done 'Drew. But I agree that you should've let it go a little longer. Sure a couple people might have got it, but it sure looks like many didn't.

As for the rest of the WET album, does JSS use this voice throughout? Or did you pick that clip specifically because it sounded most like Perry....like Coming Home did on Soul SirkUS?

JSS from the WET album due out November - the song is called "If I Fall". The album is stunning.

Jeff NEVER sounded like Perry like he does in this. I have studied Perry's voice and that sounds like Perry to me. Why didnt Jeff sing like this when he was with Journey ?

Great, great song... I love when JSS goes in this direction as opposed to the "hard rock" direction, for the most part... leave that to others, his voice is too suited for this kinda sound to waste on songs like Testify.
