After The Fall -- What A Performance...

Postby timstar78 » Sat Nov 19, 2011 4:39 pm

Been enjoying GH2 over the last couple of weeks and hearing the pumped up sonics/dynamics for these songs.

One song I can't get enough of lately is "After The Fall." What a tremendous performance all around by the band, first of all. But in really listening to Steve's vocal, wow. His delivery of this lyric is perfect. The vocal is completely vulnerable and, as a result, amazing.

Steve's soaring notes leading into the solo -- how he hit and held those, I have no idea. There just isn't a singer that can compare.

What sayeth you about this tune?
