while 1/2 of this demo sounds like Perry, the other parts sound nothing like I have ever heard from him.
This can not be Cain on keys. Sounds a little like the poppish keys on Street Talk however.

We need to get Jeremey on here, it sounds more like him than Perry. No matter what it is not Steve Perry.
