I think he is incapable of releasing his music. HE has it, but it will not be released until the fight in court is over. Those left behind, will be trying to make money on all he has since he passed away.

I've often wondered who will own the rights to his music. I'm sure he has given them strict instructions!! But if we have to wait until then, that would be such a shame. He would never know how it was received.
