Back in the day, Michael Praed of Robin of Sherwood and Dynasty was a no brainer for this. If he dyed his hair black, he could probably still do an older Perry.

And, BTW, Robin of Sherwood is on Amazon Prime for free viewing...a good mid-80's Robin Hood series, and a lot of it was taken for "Prince of Thieves".

In the meantime...I think a tribute singer could really pull that off...specifically Hugo or Curzi. They got the look AND voice down. Especially Hugo! I was pleasantly surprised with Hugo...even looks like Steve.
