Here are some comments about the songs on Have A Nice Day:

Some of the tracks to be featured on the album:
Have A Nice Day - "By now most will have heard this, but if not, it won't be long. This is another Jovi classic and a monster single that will be all over radio for months to come. A prime example of why Bon Jovi are still relevant in today's rock world. They force radio programmers to take notice!"
I Wanna Be Loved - "Another great track that will turn heads. This is a dark and moody rocker that was apparently written by Jon about his mother. The dark subject matter is reflected in the tone of the song which features a tuned down guitar sound and very dark vibe. It's modern to a point which Bon Jovi has not yet explored, yet the very catchy chorus and some trademark Jovi riffs keep the song familiar. Believe it or not, it has a certain U2 vibe and modern production tweaks similar to effects used by modern pop artists such as Coldplay. But, Sambora's guitar work keeps it familiar enough for Jovi fans to appreciate and is a very cool track."
Welcome To Wherever You Are - "A traditional Jovi sounding mid-tempo radio ballad, but with a little more energy than has been present in recent years. Acoustic driven track which features both a bridge and chorus and is another song that will be hard to keep off radio - even though we have heard it all before."
Who Says You Can't Go Home? - "A very fluffy 'old school' Bon Jovi mid-tempo rocker, backed with acoustic guitars and a very happy go lucky feel. The song has a certain Midwestern feel that has been tweaked into a country duet for the US release. Noticeably lighter than the rest of the album and even fluffier than the ballads, but uptempo all the way. Another very commercial radio friendly track that long time fans should like."
Last Man Standing - "An absolutely rocking new version of the track featured on the recent box set. Updated production, updated tempo and some very fine guitar work from Sambora will have fans new and old alike rocking along with smiles on their faces."
Bells Of Freedom - "Largely an acoustic driven slow to mid-tempo anthem, with some big soaring vocals and all the grandeur required of a slow Bon Jovi anthem. The songs has a lot of musical layers and while is not something new or original for the band, the updated sound does give it a certain freshness."
I Am - "A very moody mid-tempo modern rock ballad. More U2 comparisons mixed with typical Jovi sentiment and some Goo Goo Dolls style angst. The song builds intensity and features a great lead vocal and catchy as hell chorus. Another hit single.
Complicated - Another big uptempo rocker and another very modern sounding track. Producer John Shanks has tapped into the best elements of the band, but updated their sound like never before. Will long time fans move with the band into 2005? Songs like this have to help, as this has tangible energy and another strong chorus. More U2 comparisons under the surface, but U2 never rocked like this!"
Bonus tracks:
These Open Arms - "Japanese bonus track which is a typical Bon Jovi heard it all before ballad."
Unbreakable - "Bonus track for the UK and Japan which without doubt should be on all versions of the album. This is an aggressive modern rocker with a monster riff, some huge backing vocals and a great chorus which sounds a little like the rockers from Bounce, but with even more updated production techniques. The quality of the song and the new sound makes it very likeable."
