saw DLR/VH rehearsing !!!!!

Postby Knuclebones03 » Sun Jan 07, 2007 6:36 am

Wow what can I say. They're sounding great . Cant believe what Wolfgang was doing with the bass. I closed my eyes and shit sounded like it was 1978 again after their first record was released. I had to make sure they were playing Live by watching them closely as I could. It's no mistaking these guys are going to kick your ass this year. Whewwww, then I woke up. dam.

That may have been Ross Halfin or whatever his name is talking about the CD that EVH brought to a photo session. I would be wondering if that recording was recent or maybe 25 years old!

read that one also. If it was a cd from a few days ago before the interview and he said it sounded great like it was an old cd. It had to have DLR vocals on it thats for sure for him to say something like that. thats my take on that . I believe we will see the Mighty Van Halen back in action this year with DLR. You all have a great year.

"Then they started rehearsing 'Running With The Devil' and when it got to the backup vocals, Wolfie choked up on them and it sounded like shit! Eddie took his Wolfgang guitar and smashed it into his Peavey 5150 amp, and Wolfie threw the bass guitar down and ran out of the room yelling 'Mommy, Mommy, Daddy's gonna hurt me!'. Then David Lee Roth put his mic down and said, 'Eddie, dude... get Mikey on the fucking phone you dumb son of a biatch! What the hell were you thinking, you drunken bastard?' "

Then I woke up.

One thing's probably certain - this tour that's "supposed" to happen this year won't be dull or boring. I mean how could it be? People will be expecting different "things" to happen, and whatever does happen should be interesting! :?
