Anyone else notice certain posts disappearing?

One of my posts. And more than one post sent in reply to my "Meet Paul Stanley!!!" post, seem to have been deleted by a moderator of this site. Since neither of the three postings seemed to be abusive or offensive. I would like to see an explanation as to why the posts were deleted.
