Eddie Trunk-Not EVH

All over the net on various VH/DLR/EVH websites, when people where reading about the Eddie Trunk XM show re-brodcasting the VH press conference later that night, with phones calls being taken from 'Eddie', many were assuming it was EVH. I knew better, I never took it that way. I knew Eddie Trunk meant himself. Here is a statement to an update from him about all of this.



"8/11/07: Just found out someone read my post regarding the VH press conference being on my XM show this Monday to mean that Eddie VAN HALEN would be taking calls. I meant ME, Eddie TRUNK will take your calls and comments. I thought this was fairly clear but apparently someone decided to make up another story and post it online as a release. So just to be clear, the VH press conference will be aired in my XM show Monday, then I, Eddie TRUNK, will take your live calls. Thank you and sorry for any misunderstanding. Wish people would check sources before believing everything they see posted other places. This is just getting crazy with internet BS and non factual reports being taken as gospel online. Love to have Eddie VH on the show, but this time around it's just me, TRUNK, on live after the press conference airs. See you all Monday 6PM EST on XM 41."
