I interviewed Lou Gramm today

Great interview, I hadn't heard that about "I Want To Know What Love Is" before or that version of the Lou/Mick split. Great job getting him to be so candid about it. Hope you get another chance to interview him sometime.

I respect Lou for continuing to do what he loves to do despite the hardships he's faced, but in this interview he comes across as a very bitter man who feels like he's been left out to dry. It doesn't seem he has one good thing to say about Mick and goes out of his way to bash him and Kelly for "copying" him. Strange behavior for a self-proclaimed Christian.

Back to Lou, ahem, I'm loving his new album. Some of the songs are really Shadow King-y.

I saw Mick Jones and his hired guns when they toured with Def Leppard a few summers ago. I was not at all impressed. Foreigner, to me, is Lou Gramm. That voice is beyond recognizable. I don't care if Mick gets all the royalties from I want to know what love is. I saw Lou last summer at a festival and he sounded great. Couldn't hit all the notes, but then again, who can, some 30 years later? Geddy Lee is one of the few that come to mind.
