Any Police Fans?

They just uploaded some new remastered live cuts to their MySpace page and sent me an email about it:

I am a huge fan of The Police... they are in my top three bands next to Journey, Van Halen, and Rush. These new remastered live cuts are awesome. I saw them three times in 2007, and I would see them again tomorrow if I could. Super high-energy shows... in Saint Louis the whole arena was dancing all night long to every song.

It seems like The Police are a lot like U2... people either love them or hate them.

Umm, wouldn't that be your top four?
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

Voyager, you have great taste in music! Thanks for the link. I love both The Police & U2. I've been to several of their concerts by proxy (read: my mommy.) :wink: & a few of their concerts in real time. Van Halen's awesome but only with Dave, IMO. I have almost everything ever released from those three bands. I have 2112, Fly By Night & All The World's A Stage by Rush on old skool vinyl. Rush is a little before my time & actually so is old skool Journey, Van Halen & The Police, but that doesn't matter. There's always the archives that have been gifted to me. :D

I like The Police - can't say I'd ever pay the money they asked for on the last tour to see them though. Andy Summers has a unique guitar approach just like The Edge. Very underrated player.
