We can't forget "In the Navy". I think I once heard that the US Navy was actually considering using this song for recruiting purposes,... until they realized it was about...well...that was before "Don't Ask Don't Tell". Here it is anyway..

The ironic thing is, the cop : lead singer is straight.

I only say that because a straight man, the focal part of the group, sang songs geared towards a gay audience.


I had the Go West album when I was a kid.

I was 9 when I saw a special on them on 20/20 where at the end of the segment, the "homosexual" term was used.

I asked my babysitter what that meant and I was told "It means they kiss each others weenies".

:shock:

I sorta kinda stopped listening to them then.
