Preparing to attend a small out of town soiree, gonna PAR-TAAAAY all year, ya know! But, hopefully this time I won't be captured on video camera and camera phone. :twisted: Also go to gym; must clean place; get toes and nails done; do hair; feed cats; blah, blah, blippity blah.

Happy friday and weekend to you! :)

My weekend line-up:
I was going to go to a (highschool) football game today, however, New England is experiencing a lovely rain storm at the moment (It might even be snowing in some parts of N.E.! Not where I am, though, thank goodness), so... no. I'm just chillin' at home instead... and tomorrow I'm probably just gonna go to the bookstore just to chill, because I'm a bookworm. And if it's not raining on sunday, I might go apple picking... but it's probably gonna rain some more, so I'll probably just be at home again. Blah. Nothing special at all because of the crap weather, but still pretty calming and nice in ways. *shrug*

I just ate a great Italian dinner, chillin tonight, up early to get a buncha stuff done, drinkin tomorrow night, watching the Browns get 20 yards on offense on Sunday. Should be a good weekend

MBPL (Medium Beige Party Lush) is a pretty incredibly interesting person to party with. Simply the life of the party. A total hoot. And I missed all of the real debauchery. But I saw the pictures! :lol: :twisted:

Friday night has been and gone for me - fun night out pubcrawling, which I haven't done in some time. Nicely timed too - walked home with my housemate and we got inside about 2 minutes before the heavens opened and it pissed down. Tonight I'm heading out to a medieval banquet and will be catching up with friends I haven't seen in waaaaay to long. Sadly it'll have to be short night because I'm looking after my grandma tomorrow morning so my uncle can go for a bike run with a friend over from interstate. But the afternoon is going to be spent with good friends in my favourite pub, drinking, hanging and listening to some fine live jazz. Not a bad deal, all in all.
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

Your own weekend activity here..........Going to take mother in law to the airport so she can visit her other son. Then I am going to get new glasses because I lost mine and blurry vision sucks.

Baby Girl is visiting me :D My 20 year old daughter is in for a visit, the sad thing is my son is going to go live with his sis and hubby for a little while. :cry: :cry: :cry: My nest is going to be empty. :cry: :cry: :cry: But it is just for a while. I don't handle empty nest well. :cry: :cry: I love my babies, though I know it is time to let go. Hard to be a mom and do the right thing. :cry:

I know...........sigh.......but no kids to laugh with at the table either. :cry: It is so great to have the laughture at the dinner table. Dan's just going to have to be very romantic. :D Thanks Ari, I needed a pick me up. The Red head is more blonde now, with the hair growing whiter in spots all the time. Funny how my hair has faded from red to blonde. I don't even color anymore and the roots are coming in blonde. Go figure. (and white!) :shock:

I guess I can concentrate on teaching and art more. I am trying to get promoted as an artist. Put my heart into the work. :D

What can I say? I have an amazing work of art hanging in my hall that gets 'Wow! That's SO amazing!' from everyone who walks in my front door thanks to you.

Art, love, romance and a little heartache tempered with the knowledge that they grew up into the sort of people you wanted them to be - sounds pretty good to me, Gingergirl.

Yea, okay, if by "life of the party" you mean being a hot chocolate mess, falling down in front of band, being carried out 'cause she can't handle her hooch and making a complete...
