I'd doubt he'll be doing any Boston material. Not while Scholz is still drawing a breath. He's got a slew of attorneys that he'd sick on him in a heartbeat. He's sued nearly every past member of the band.

Fran's got an awesome voice, love Livin For You, Walk On, We Can Make it, Surrender To Me, and Magadelene off the Walk On album... great cuts.

Rick's probably right though.

As long as he's not using the band name in his band name, I think it's the same as any other tribute band. That is, unless Tom had Fran sign a non-compete contract, and it doesn't sound like he did.
