U2 marches on

This band is just a machine.
They have added a second show at Anaheim Stadium in June, and already have ten confirmed sellouts so far for summer, 2010. The novelty of the stage setup appears to still be a major attraction for people.

I'm sure their live YouTube feed from the Rose Bowl show stirred up a lot of interest.

I saw them in September in Chicago, and I would go see them again. The only problem is that the good seats are $250!

Gotta get around to buying the last album...got turned off after hearing Get On Your Boots and then reading many people say it was the same as ATYCLB and Atomic Bomb.
I'll get it though just b/c I want to hear what The Edge does on it.

Love U2, hated the last album.
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

"Get On Your Boots" rules...sharp, jagged pop song...

This new album is like a blend of later, melodic U2 with the biting edges of Zooropa or Pop...once again U2 does something other than what people expect them to do and come out better artistically for it.
