Thanks for posting this!! I LOVE the muppets! This was great! I love beaker and animal. Even my teens walked in the room and I had to play it again and they laughed through the whole thing. The end with piggy was best... "nothing really matters but muah" :lol:

And please, more positive posts.... I am TIRED of media threads

I did a study of Labyrinth with my students this week. Showing them the difficulties of making a fantasy film in the 80's vs now with CGI animation. The sets were costly expensive, and I think somewhat better than CGI. It had more personal depth to it. But I let my students decide.

Jim Henson was such a sweet person. I was so saddened that he died of pnemonia and toxic shock syndrome. He had gone to a doctor, who dismissed it and gave him asprin.

We lost a creative artist over simple negligence. Sad.

The Muppets are hoping to challenge the X Factor winner for the Christmas number one after scoring an internet hit with their version of Bohemian Rhapsody.

The furry characters have been seen more than nine million times on YouTube with their rendition of the Queen hit.

Record label EMI said today that it was to release the song, which if successful would be the third time 'Bo Rhap' had topped the charts over the festive period. Bookies have given the single odds of 25/1 to hit the top spot.

However, the X Factor winner who will be crowned this weekend is still the overwhelming favourite to take the prized slot for the fifth year running.

Yeah, the new show looks great. I'll try to see them again in the spring. The Gibson will be the third different venue they've played in Los Angeles. One of these days I would like to see them do Staples, just to get a full scale production from them. They keep playing smaller places here, which are great for acoustics but missing a little bit of the glamor you see on PBS. I'd like to see one big time show but then again, we would still be missing the castle and those Irish dells.

(I think Who's Crying Now and DSB were the only Journey songs to ever chart over their)

I can understand that of the others, but you'd think Simon would have heard it. Then again, maybe not - I seem to recall Randy J. making the odd Journey-related comment on Idol shows and Simon just kind of always dismissed it.

Does anyone know if Brian Henson, Jim Henson's son, is going to continue the muppets for his fathers legacy? He helped him with Labryinth, and so many things. He looks like a younger version of his dad. Very talented as well.
