No way I'm listening to this...It's bad enough just knowing that she warbled and ruined one of the greatest songs in modern history.

Despite my best efforts I heard a few seconds of it as I shuffled stations. Didn't really recognize the song, just Mariah doing scale runs.

The few seconds I heard, ugh, atrocious.

What G I Jim posted I have on DVD,so it has to be in Indy @ Deercreek c 1992. Mariah is not that good anymore. Some covers are just sacrelidge !

I always thought Tina Arena's version was quite good. If you look at this video at 2min 12sec you can actually see SteveW2 enjoying a beer in his living room.

It's alright but essentially a female trying to replicate Gramm. The ones that come to mind that could do this song and do it well would be Ann Wilson and Pat Benatar.

Chrissie Hynde would be interesting to hear but I can't say she'd do it well.
