I have quit fast food the last 10yrs and even back then it was maybe 2x per week. I am working on my sons because it sneaks up on you & they are nearing 30 and my cousin died at 33 , yrs ago.. 1st thing you know there is artery , heart and high blood pressure problems around 35-40. Food can be a killer and the cause of major disease in this country.

I can't stand KFC, but DAMN is it good to eat! I used to torture this girl I dated way back in the day by slowing down the car and putting my turn signal on whenever we were approaching a KFC. She was terrified I was actually going to take her there for dinner, and practically had an anxiety attack everytime I did that. I think I finally did pull in there one time and she refused to eat.
