The funny thing is even in this forum, people are finger pointing who's to blame. The bottom line is, we the people will pay all the consequences because of greed and the root of all evil-MONEY. As long home foreclosure still piling up it will continue to haunt us and unemployment will continue to rise. It's a domino effect and I hope America learned her lesson. And how long this problem will end, nobody would know. That's it for American dream. :(

We should have voted for this guy in the first place. 8) :lol:

Complete bullshit.

Clinton would have been hung out to dry had he not signed it - the first time it was voted upon, it was 54-44 along party lines, but after the GOP strongarmed the Democrats, the House and Congress overwhelmingly supported it. And it wasn't his proposal to repeal Glass-Stegall; it was introduced by Republicans.

Sure, Clinton bears his share of the blame, as does every member of Congress. But Bush fueled the fire to a much larger degree, even after it was apparent the market was in turmoil.

Get your facts striaght before you post bile.
