I agree, it's amazing news that could change a lot of things in this country! I figured a lot of people here would think it's cool, but apparently not. Oh well...

It's bull. He's converting water to hydrogen and oxygen using the electrolysis process - applying electricity to water. Then his torch/engine burns the hydrogen which creates water. The electrical energy he uses to create the hydrogen is more than the energy he gets out of it, so it's a net loss. And that electricity comes from coal/nuclear/oil power plants. That's why it's not on all the magazine covers.
