Drum Fills - Who can name them all?

Postby SuiteMadameBlue » Sun May 23, 2010 12:21 am

If you get a chance, listen to all the drum fills first before reading all the comments after. For me, there are 2 very easy ones I got right away and I know everyone one here will get them too. I thought I knew 3 more, but after reading the comments and then going to YouTube to hear the songs, I was totally wrong.

Good Luck!

I got the easy ones too  - some of the others could easily be other songs. E.G. - #3 all I hear is You Saved My Soul (Burton Cummings). I knew that wasn't the answer because no-one would consider that well-known or famous  but it is pretty much identical.

At first I thought #10 was "Jack and Diane" but then when I read the comments, I agree with what the majority wrote after I played it over and over.

I thought #3 was the Beach Boys for sure too, now I have no clue after I listen to a few more suggestions! UGH

#6 should be an obvious Pink Floyd, but now I'm not sure on that one either - UGH

#3 could be any one of about 5 songs - the one I mentioned earlier, the Ronettes Be My Baby as Arkansas said, Joey (Concrete Blonde), a couple more. The fill is virtually identical on all those.
