Still digging out??? I hope no one had to drive or anything like that through this storm. Stay home and keep the fire burnin 8)

5" down here....which is probably closer to 3" after almost 40 degrees this afternoon. I'm sure those further north are tired of it, but it was great to wake up and see EVERYTHING (including all the trees and branches) covered in snow. For once, the NCDOT was on top of things, so no real issues on the roads either.

About 18" here with high winds as well. I hate snow. My car got plowed in and drifted in. It wasn't too much fun digging it out.

We got about 7 inches here, but I keep trying to convince my wife it's 9! :P :lol: Seriously, we got about 2 inches, and it's the first time we've had snow on Christmas day here since 1887! :shock: It's all that damn global warming. 8) Where's Al Gore at during these record lows we've had around the country this year? There are many states that are having record snowfalls and record low temps that are breaking some very old records. Some scientists say we are on the very edge of what will become the next ice age. Sure is funny that Gore's only around when it's hot. 8)

I was a freaking mess 16 inches...high winds and a ton of call outs at work so the night shift work some of the day shift on top
of the 12 hours that they already worked (ME)....... :evil:

We had it on Christmas Eve night and Christmas night.... nowhere near what the east got, but enough to get me out of somethign I didn't want to do on Sunday... LOL... hope you all are safe out there!!
