Big Talent, Low Ticket Prices

.The newest music festival on the block wants to give you the biggest bang for your buck as Rock USA 2011 announces dates, but no lineup.

Presented by Starshow Presents, the same folks who bring you the ultra-popular Country USA festival in Oshkosh, Wis., Rock USA 2011 is being branded as “Solid Rock, No Limits.” Plans for the three-day event scheduled for July 14-16 in Oshkosh include presenting a wide cross section of rock focusing on big names, all for a low price.

Although the event is still in the booking stages and no artists or bands have been announced, organizers have put forth their “wish list” consisting of acts like Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Alice In Chains, Aerosmith, Journey and Lynyrd Skynyrd. Again, these artists aren’t booked for the festival but the names do give you an idea of what Rock USA 2011 is all about.

Along with the big names / low price mandate, the festival also includes limited VIP up-front gold seating, one “mega stage” with four side stages, camping, a 125 vendor marketplace and twin Jumbotrons. For more information, visit the festival’s Internet HQ located at
