Seems to me that someone getting an abortion that late likely doesn't care. I could not even read, or watch this story yesterday after finding out some details. So thoroughly disgusting.

For some reason I think there is more to the story....It seems that most of his patients were very poor. I heard on one news story that the facility was filthy but there was one room that was slightly cleaner and that's where the white women were taken for procedures but the poor, black or hispanic women were taken to rooms that were extremely dirty. I wonder if he convinced women to get abortions, or convinced them that their babies had already died. I doubt "informed consent" was the standard of practice there.

The thing that is so sad to me is that there are SO many families that would love to have children (or more children) and can't. Why kill these babies? Adopt them out!

I guess if you look at a baby as a fetus and not human, you can do all kinds of atrocious acts against it. That is why I feel if you wish to support abortion, call it what it is........................a human baby. When one can not look at a baby as human, then you think nothing of killing them. And to some extreme crazy doctors, it can turn into a sport. He would have made a great Nazi, with no regard to the babies humanity.

I am not telling anyone what politics to take on this. But I cannot, knowing the wonder of birth and the glory of a child, say that it should be an easy decision for any mother to make. Nor am I condemning anyone who made such a decision. I am not walking in your shoes, and I cannot speak for you. Many are pressured into it. Some are afraid. I just feel it has become too common place for some girls, and it is a form of birth control for them. Though I don't see most doctors being monsters like this one. This story was so disturbing that everyone was talking about it at work, my office has about 50 people in it and it was very much a sad topic.

I really feel changed after reading this story, I had no idea things were this bad. I'm sure this is just one of many across the nation.
I was shocked when I googled abortion clinics in my city and found out there were SO MANY!!! I wish birth control was free.....it would make our
world a much better place.

Then they can go and take one of the many children already in an orphanage.

And yes, I do think they deserve to have one, but when the time comes, they can make arrangements to fill these needs. We don't need to keep having useless babies and putting them in orphanages to keep them in stock for people. They are human, not merchandise. Babies and fetus are not aware of their existence, and I think abortion is better than subjecting these kids to growing up in an orphanage in case they aren't one of the lucky kids to get adopted.
