Spot on. I can appreciate her for the contributions she has made, and believe she has every right to speak out, but theres a limit to her ability to make a case for limited government. If you read transcripts of Ronald Reagans early radio addresses and wirtings, he quotes authors such as Hayek, Mises, Bastiat, and Friedman, authors that any serious propoent of limited govt who wants to make a difference reads. I kind of doubt Palin has ever picked up any any of those authors.

BTW if he runs again expect Ron Paul to win alot more votes in the Repubilcan primaries than he won in 2008. Won 15 percent in a recent NH straw poll.

My opinion of her has nothing to do with trying to fit in. If I say I don't like so-and-so Joe or Josephine Politician, it's because I don't like them, period. While I don't think Palin is the empty suit she's been portrayed as by those who think they know better than everyone else, I also don't think she's the future of the Republican party, either. For that matter, I could really not even care less about the Republican party at this point. They would have to tow the conservative line for several years to come, if not longer, before I would begin to have any kind of trust in them at all.

I mean it's not like she's a republican hack. She led the fight against RINO's like Mike Castle, Murkowski, and many others.

Good for her on that. At least she's not hypocritical about rooting out nimrods in her own party.

The 2012 campaign is shaping up to bring more drama and excitement than Susan George seducing Ken Norton at Falconhurst.

My biggest problem with Sarah Palin is that she doesn't think before she opens her mouth.

She's got a lot of company in that arena.

Honestly Behshad. I'd still love her, though I'd naturally be a bit more suspicious. But honestly if she were on the top of the democrat ticket running AGAINST McCain. I'd vote for Palin in a second.
