Felony Charges For a Miscarriage

More brilliant politicians, elected by even more clueless citizens! What a fucking genius this guy is. He actually believes that if a woman can't "prove" that her miscarriage occurred "naturally", that she should be brought up on felony charges. How shocking that the politician who concocted this idea represents a "Bible Belt" state. Oye!

This guy is insane. There is no way to tell why a woman might miscarry naturally (that I know of anyway). This is another attempt at government trying to interfere with stuff they shouldn't be interfering with in the first place. Women have the right to abort a fetus if they wish. Ectopic pregnancy can be fatal if not surgically taken care of immediately. This guy needs to be taken out back and horsewhipped.

When the health is a concern, or in the instance of rape/incest....otherwise, no. Abortion should never be used as after-the-fact birth control...how irresponsible is that?!
