If you are logged into your youtube account, click the upload button near the search bar. On the new page you can click either the upload button OR drag your video into that box below the button. It takes awhile to upload and convert and there is 15 minute limit on video length, so any video longer than that might fail. If your source file is big, it might take longer also.
