Something similar did happen here in Arkansas over a decade ago.

A couple young kids took a relative's guns and set up position over a playground/commons area at Westside Schools in Jonesboro, AR. They pulled the fire alarm, and as everyone filed outside, they pulled triggers. Five dead, 10 wounded.

I'm sure it was a pretty big deal in Rio...I saw it on drudge but wasn't a head liner - just regular bitching about Obama and pending government shutdowns...fucking tragic and terrible - weird how 1 in a million seem to snap and want to take others "out" as opposed to committing suicide...as for the asshole (aka selfish fuckin' scum of the earth fucktard) who committed the ghastly vicious atrocity...mulligan
