Basically bars anyone from lip-synching in a video, and potentially, cover bands from putting up vids too.
Will this kill YouTube? Will people actually go to jail for this? Will it even make it out of committee?

ETA : Lord! Criminal offense vs. Civil case.. This if passed will certainly go to the Supreme Court and be overturned.
