I blame the parents. He didn't learn to talk or act like that on his own. He had someone teach and coach him. The kid is so young and has a filthy mouth. Seriously messed up! :evil: What is worse is they think that this is funny and were proud enough to video it and upload it. His parents should be hanging their heads in shame. :evil:
