How to get the Moldy Smell Out of Washer?

Postby scarygirl » Wed Nov 30, 2011 2:42 pm

I accidentally left some wet towels in the washer for about three days? What can I do to get the smell out?

Can you imagine a "Guide To Life" by the colorful members of Melodic Rock? I'm sure it would be paint by numbers! :P

I have learned over time..to NOT come in here..with any kind of liquid drink...
cause with my luck..its been sprayed over my laptop a few times, after travelin'
via the nasal expressway (which does hurt)...
because of great colorful replies..that one doesn't expect...
but with this crowd its the norm...gotta love it

That's actually not a bad idea, and maybe a MR recipe book, too. :) Andrew could decide the topics/chapters, then pick the best content (probably best submitted by PM to keep it off the web). Should be easy to assemble, and maybe produce an annual volume. Who knows?

It is now Wednesday and my appliances still hate me. The dish washer cup thingy that holds the dish detergent won't stay closed now. Is there anyway to fix that? Oh and one of my digital phones stopped working. Oh the horrors of 21st century living. Me thinks I am going to toss everything out, stop paying the mortgage and live under a bridge. That will solve THAT!

Paint by numbers suck. I painted things the way I wanted to see them. I ignored the numbers. Mine looked better. 8)

You have to laugh at life. I am just not very "handy." A couple weeks ago I shocked myself changing the lightbulb out of my microwave. The lightbulb had corroded and broke off as I was removing it. I then attempted to remove the broke off piece with the end of a potato, only I forgot the electrity was still on. Good thing I bought a town house and not a house with a lawn to maintain.
