Abolish Child Labor Laws, Really?

This kook wants to abolish child labor laws. I have heard Newt Gingrich advocate much the same. You have democrats on one side of the aisle who want to give away the cow and you have republicans on the other side of the aisle wanting to kill any chance for advancement. Is this really our tomorrow?
