Man O Man, what could Journey do, if they could add some horns and other people? I might be nuts but now might be the time to do these kinds of things!

Back to acoustic shows... Here's one of my favorites. Phil Collins playing piano and covering "In The Air Tonight". It's just cool to hear the stripped back version...

The first accoustic fave that came to mind was the accoustic portion of JSS's dvd show Live At The Gods. Mysterious and Crazy. Love that accoustic version of Crazy, play that portion of the cd alot.

Accoustic comes in after Howie's solo @ around 2:10....... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUy-0MTtXUY

Best performance ever of Bed of Roses - Bon Jovi It's not completely acoustic, but definitely stripped down.

Some good stuff here already. Five Man Acoustic Jam may be a bit too obvious, but always liked both versions of the tune Paradise.

Good choice! I love the special harmony you get with siblings singing.

Back couple years ago Europe had a live webcast called "Almost Unplugged" (that some of us here watched together online while chatting) .

Here are few clips from that, starting with a song I once dedicated to Dean on Iceberg's readio show , The Final Countdown (RIP Dean ;) )

The Final Countdown

Superstitious

Wish You Were Here (pink floyd)

When I posted Forever Traveling above, I thought the same thing... Where's Dean to tell us how much Europe sucks!

KFOG (where your first clip is from) used to annually do a day of free concerts culminated in the evening with a sky concert (fancy term for fireworks set to a music soundtrack). Anyway those were an absolute blast. Saw Los Lonely Boys at one of these. This was the first time I had heard them and instantly began to dig their music. Very talented group.
