New art I did in one day

Postby artist4perry » Tue Jul 03, 2012 4:17 am

I am not sure what to title it, I am getting some small works done for a possible contest next month. This one I did in one day. The man is a magician of sorts, not a good one, LOL. He discovers this baby creature he has never seen before. Unknown to him the mother of the creature is behind him keeping watch over his every move.

I have been advised to possibly think about writing children's books. I am not so sure if I have what it takes. I have millions of ideas, but not total stories.

ANYWAY...I COULD USE HELP COMING UP WITH A GOOD TITLE. Titles should be catchy but brief. Any thoughts?

By the way the original is 7 1/2 "x 10". The picture is so close up I think it is over kill! Sorry! I will try to reduce it some.

Wow, that's amazing. Especially so with all the detail and doing it in one day.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

Thanks Rick, I can't get it to shrink a little. I have tried 3 times with photobucket but it keeps coming up this size. It really distorts the shades.

This is not very big though. It is more detailed than the photo allows. I wish I could photograph graphite without all the glare! I need to look up how to photograph it online.

Fixed it.

Great work, Ginger.
I have no idea what a good title would be, but I do know I want to watch Aladdin again now.
'Nothing was bigger for Journey than 1981’s “Escape” album. “I have to attribute that to Jonathan coming in and joining the writing team,” Steve Perry (Feb 2012).'
